Now that is fun. After hearing all year how the Milwaukee Brewers will de-thorn the Reds and to come out and take care of business like the team from Cincinnati did is priceless. The Reds demolished the Brew Crew today with a count of 12-3.
Bronson Arroyo pitched a gem, and was sick with Mono. The guy is a stud and will pitch through anything, including sickness hailing from tounging young hot chicks.
Going through my head just about everyone contributed to the cause, including catcher Ryan Hanigan. Man is it nice to have stud catchers on the team. Those two guys are amazing! The Reds also has a stud in the Minors waiting to come up as soon as one of them gets hurt. Think of all the good teams in the past 20 years, and pretty much all of them will have a catcher who contributes offensively. The Reds have 2. A few thoughts on the Game
Ask and you shall recieve
In the last post, I hoped that Brandon Phillips would come alive and contribute to the sweep today, and boy did he ever. Hitting a three run bomb and putting a good gap between the teams, He deleivered.
Drew Stubbs
Is quickly becoming one of my favorite players. The guy is right where he needs to be, the lead off spot.
SWEEEEP A three game head start from the Brewers is AWESOME. when we look back in September and have a good lead we will see this opening series and say "Phew, glad we took care of bussiness then" trust me.
Off Day; Then my boy LEAKE! Can not wait to see him take the mound. Mike Leake will perfrom well against Houston, I am predicting 7 IP 1 run and 4 hits. Big Red Machine 2.o Yea I went there again.
